We are lonesome animals. We spend all our life trying to be less lonesome. One of our ancient methods is to tell a story begging the listener to say — and to feel — “Yes, that’s the way it is, or at least that’s the way I feel it. You’re not as alone as you thought.”
Today, a little dose of spring from my neighborhood via my Polaroid 660. After seemingly spending the last four months in darkness (actually and mentally), it’s nice to see the return of sunshine, green things, and mental clarity. This spring feels like such a gift.
Also, check out the the amazing story of a man who took a polaroid everyday until the day he died. Absolutely amazing.
